Billing & Cancellation

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle so you always keep the time you’ve already paid for.

Where VAT applies based on your location, it will be calculated on Stripe’s checkout page before you confirm. Your receipt itemises it.

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. If something has gone wrong with your subscription, email support@castingcalls.uk and we’ll look into it.

We never see or store your card number. Checkout happens on Stripe’s hosted pages, which are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Only the last 4 digits show in your account.

Yes — on supported devices and browsers. Stripe’s checkout automatically offers them when your device is eligible.

Each role has its own subscription. You can pick a different plan for each role, or stay on the free tier for roles you use less often.

Yes — all paid plans auto-renew so your access is uninterrupted. Cancel anytime from Billing to stop the next renewal.

We don’t currently offer pause. The simplest alternative is to downgrade to the free tier temporarily and re-upgrade when you’re ready.
