How profile visibility and search work
Profiles appear in public directories unless set to Private. Search ranks profiles by tier, completeness, recency and attribute match.

Step by step
- 1Open Profile → Edit.
- 2Check Visibility is set to Public (or Private if you want to hide temporarily).
- 3Complete every field — completeness directly affects search ranking.
Helpful notes & tips
- Private profiles are invisible in the directory and return 404 on direct links while private.
- Admins and casting directors can never see private profiles without your permission.
Common issues
- Profile visible to you but not others: you’re likely logged in and seeing your own preview. Open a private window to confirm.
