Your application goes straight to the caster. They review applicants on their own timeline — sometimes same-day, sometimes a couple of weeks.

Step by step
- 1The caster sees your profile and cover note in their applicants list.
- 2They can shortlist, invite, or decline directly.
- 3Each status change triggers a notification to you.
- 4If they message you, it appears in your Messages inbox.
Helpful notes & tips
- Turn on email notifications in Settings → Notifications so you don’t miss an invite.
Common issues
- Silence: the role may still be open, the caster may be offline, or they’ve closed the call without contacting every applicant. It’s rarely personal.
