From being shortlisted in a child talent search in Monton for Manchester media scouts back in 1980, to starting out in acting roles at school plays. My dream to be an actor for TV & film took a long journey. From College and night School learning Shakespeare, Players, Monologues and Variety Performances in the early 2000's, just after I left the military. It would only be a few more years... I joined David Johnsons Drama for 2 years. Shortly after that I got my 15 minutes of fame, or in some cases 15 words, my first speaking roles, Peaky Blinders, The Messenger & CBeebies - All At Sea. I found a Stage Combat Course ECSPC in Birmingham and learned about sword fighting: Long Sword/ Medieval Sword sparring, Single Rapier Duels & Unarmed Combat. From there I had a few more roles to practice my firearms training on screen in Peaky Blinders as an Assassin, a few short films displaying deep emotional characterisations and using a variety of accents, notably Yanev a Russian Human Traffiker (Show Reel), to many more characters, prosthetic, make-up effects & Greenscreen for a short film in Colchester Film Festival - Fight for you Right.
