How messaging works on the platform
Messages are private conversations between two or more members. You can send DMs, create group chats, and share attachments or planner events.

Step by step
- 1Open Messages from the main menu or tap the speech-bubble in the header.
- 2Start a new conversation by picking a member from Search or from your Network.
- 3Type in the composer, attach files with the paper-clip icon, or schedule a planner event.
- 4Press Enter to send — Shift + Enter for a new line.
Helpful notes & tips
- Use the desktop multi-chat dock to keep two or three conversations open side-by-side.
- Mute a conversation from its menu if it’s getting noisy.
Common issues
- Message not delivering: check your connection and retry. If it persists, open a ticket.
