How to manage notifications and email preferences

Fine-tune what you hear from the platform so the important stuff reaches you and the rest stays quiet.

Step by step

  1. 1Open Dashboard → Settings → Notifications.
  2. 2Toggle in-app bell, email digest, and browser alerts per category (messages, applications, casting matches, billing).
  3. 3Save changes — they apply immediately.

Helpful notes & tips

  • Daily / weekly digests reduce email volume without missing the important stuff.
  • If a specific casting call is making noise, mute that conversation from its message thread rather than turning off all DMs.

Common issues

  • Not getting emails: check spam, and add support@castingcalls.uk to your safe senders.
