Step by step
- 1Open Dashboard → Settings → Notifications.
- 2Toggle in-app bell, email digest, and browser alerts per category (messages, applications, casting matches, billing).
- 3Save changes — they apply immediately.
Helpful notes & tips
- Daily / weekly digests reduce email volume without missing the important stuff.
- If a specific casting call is making noise, mute that conversation from its message thread rather than turning off all DMs.
Common issues
- Not getting emails: check spam, and add support@castingcalls.uk to your safe senders.
