How billing, renewals and receipts work

Plans renew automatically on the same day each cycle. Every successful charge triggers a receipt emailed by Stripe to the address on your account.

Step by step

  1. 1Your renewal date is shown in Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
  2. 2Stripe emails a receipt within minutes of each successful charge.
  3. 3You can download past invoices from the Stripe customer portal (link is in Billing).

Helpful notes & tips

  • If your card is due to expire, Stripe emails you a few days before the next charge — update it in Billing to avoid interruption.
  • Add support@castingcalls.uk and the Stripe receipt domain to your safe senders so receipts don’t end up in spam.

Common issues

  • Didn’t receive a receipt: check spam; if it’s genuinely missing, email support and we’ll resend it.
  • Charge didn’t go through: Stripe retries failed charges over a few days and emails you. Your plan stays active during the retry window.
