How to choose the right role when signing up
Your role shapes which features show up and which pricing tiers apply. You can change or add roles later — nothing is permanent.
Who this applies to
New users deciding which role to pick at sign-up.
Step by step
- 1Pick Talent if you perform, audition or are building an acting / presenting / modelling profile.
- 2Pick Casting Professional if you’re a casting director, producer, or run casting sessions for productions.
- 3Pick Agent if you represent talent and manage submissions on their behalf.
- 4Pick Industry Service if you provide services to the industry (photography, showreel editing, coaching, studios, etc.).
Helpful notes & tips
- You can run multiple roles from one account — e.g. Talent + Industry Service if you also offer coaching.
- Each role has its own dashboard view and its own subscription, so they don’t interfere with each other.
Common issues
- Chose the wrong role: go to Dashboard → Settings → Roles and switch or add another.
- Casting Professional and Agent accounts may require a short verification step before going public.
