How to use the dashboard and find your way around
The dashboard is your home on Casting Calls UK. It adapts to your role so you only see the tools that apply to you.
Who this applies to
All logged-in users.
Step by step
- 1Open Dashboard from the main menu or your profile dropdown.
- 2Use the left navigation to switch between Overview, Profile, Casting Calls, Applications, Messages, Saved and Settings.
- 3On the Overview screen, check the activity cards for new messages, responses, and suggestions.
- 4Open Settings whenever you need to change billing, notifications, or account details.
Helpful notes & tips
- The role switcher in the top-right lets you jump between Talent / Casting / Agent / Industry views instantly if you have multiple roles.
- Use the bell icon in the header for in-app notifications — it’s faster than waiting for email.
Common issues
- Can’t see a feature you expect: check you’re on the right role and the right membership tier.
