How to complete your profile properly

A complete profile is discovered faster and taken more seriously. Here’s the minimum for a strong first impression.

Who this applies to

All roles — especially Talent, Agents, and Industry Services whose profiles appear in public directories.

Step by step

  1. 1Add a clear, well-lit headshot (not a selfie, no heavy filters).
  2. 2Write a concise bio — 2–4 short paragraphs covering training, experience, and what you’re looking for.
  3. 3Enter your key details: location, height, playing age range, accents, languages, skills (talent) or services and specialisms (casting, agents, industry).
  4. 4Upload a showreel or portfolio if you have one — even a short one makes a big difference.
  5. 5List recent credits, projects, or clients in reverse chronological order.

Helpful notes & tips

  • Profiles above 80% completion show up higher in directory searches.
  • Swap out headshots every 12–18 months so you still look like yourself.

Common issues

  • Uploads failing: see the Technical Issues category — usually a file size or format issue.
  • Profile not visible: make sure the visibility toggle in Profile → Edit is set to Public.
