What to do if you cannot log in
If the password is right but login isn’t working, try these in order.

Existing members who can’t get past the Sign in screen.
Step by step
- 1Confirm you’re typing the correct email (account emails are case-insensitive but be sure of the spelling).
- 2Reset your password to rule out a typo you didn’t notice.
- 3Try a different browser or private window to rule out a broken cookie.
- 4If you suspect your account is suspended, contact support.
Helpful notes & tips
- If you signed up via Google Sign-In, you need to use Continue with Google — not a password.
Common issues
- Account suspended: you’ll see a suspension notice. Email support with your account email and we’ll review.
