Step by step
- 1On the Sign in screen, tap Forgot password.
- 2Enter the email on your account.
- 3Open the email we send and tap the reset link (valid for 60 minutes).
- 4Set a new password (8+ characters) and sign in.
Helpful notes & tips
- Use a password manager and set a unique password for every service.
Common issues
- No email: check spam and wait 5 minutes before requesting again.
- Link expired: request a new one — each link is valid for 60 minutes only.
