Step by step
- 1Hard refresh: Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows).
- 2Sign out and back in.
- 3Try a different browser or an incognito window.
- 4Check System Status to see if we’re aware of an ongoing issue.
Helpful notes & tips
- Out-of-date mobile browsers cause most of our “it won’t load” tickets — update to the latest version first.
Common issues
- Adblockers occasionally break image uploads. Allowlist the site if uploads fail.
