How to report a bug or technical issue

Use Report an issue from your profile dropdown, or open a support ticket. Good details speed things up a lot.

Anyone hitting a bug.

Step by step

  1. 1Open your profile menu → Support → Report an issue.
  2. 2Describe what you were doing when the issue happened.
  3. 3Include your device, browser, and a screenshot if you have one.
  4. 4Submit. We’ll reply to the email on your account.

Helpful notes & tips

  • The current URL is captured automatically — you don’t need to paste it.

Common issues

  • Vague reports take longer: “it broke” can’t be reproduced, “the Apply button on /casting-calls/abc does nothing in Chrome 121” can.
