How long support usually takes to reply
Most tickets get a human reply within 48 hours on working days. Billing and account-lockout issues are prioritised.

Step by step
- 1Open your ticket as normal.
- 2Expect an email reply within 48 working hours.
- 3If you haven’t heard back after that, reply to your original email (don’t open a new ticket).

- Weekend tickets are picked up on Monday morning.
