How long support usually takes to reply

Most tickets get a human reply within 48 hours on working days. Billing and account-lockout issues are prioritised.

Anyone who’s opened or is about to open a ticket.

Step by step

  1. 1Open your ticket as normal.
  2. 2Expect an email reply within 48 working hours.
  3. 3If you haven’t heard back after that, reply to your original email (don’t open a new ticket).

Helpful notes & tips

  • Weekend tickets are picked up on Monday morning.

  • Reply delay spikes during new feature launches. We’ll always catch up — please be patient.
