How to open a support ticket
Tickets are the fastest way to reach us — they land directly in our support queue.

Step by step
- 1Open the Support Centre or click Report an issue from your profile dropdown.
- 2Choose the category that best fits (Account, Billing, Bug, Other).
- 3Describe your issue, including any error messages.
- 4Submit. We’ll reply to the email on your account.
Helpful notes & tips
- Include a screenshot whenever it would save us asking — it usually halves our reply time.
Common issues
- Didn’t get a confirmation email: check spam, then check you’re logged in to the correct account.
