How to open a support ticket

Tickets are the fastest way to reach us — they land directly in our support queue.

Step by step

  1. 1Open the Support Centre or click Report an issue from your profile dropdown.
  2. 2Choose the category that best fits (Account, Billing, Bug, Other).
  3. 3Describe your issue, including any error messages.
  4. 4Submit. We’ll reply to the email on your account.

Helpful notes & tips

  • Include a screenshot whenever it would save us asking — it usually halves our reply time.

Common issues

  • Didn’t get a confirmation email: check spam, then check you’re logged in to the correct account.
