  4. 4The page URL, your browser, and your device (our form captures the URL automatically).
  5. 5A screenshot if the issue is visual.

Helpful notes & tips

  • Screenshots with the whole browser frame visible are more useful than cropped ones.

Common issues

  • Vague tickets pingpong a lot — specifics in the first message save days.
