How to track your support ticket

Ticket replies land in two places: your in-platform Messages inbox and the email on your account. Use whichever you check first.

Who this applies to

Members with an open ticket.

Step by step

  1. 1Open Messages from the main menu (or click the chat icon in the header) to see support replies alongside your other conversations.
  2. 2Or open your email and look for messages from support@castingcalls.uk.
  3. 3Reply in either place — both land in the same support queue, so no need to open a new ticket.

Helpful notes & tips

  • Turning on in-app and email notifications (Settings → Notifications) means you won’t miss a reply whichever way it comes in.
  • Star our support email or add us to your safe senders so replies don’t get filed to spam.

Common issues

  • Reply in spam: a one-time allowlisting of support@castingcalls.uk fixes this permanently.
  • Not seeing the conversation in Messages: it usually appears once support has replied for the first time.
