How to track your support ticket
Ticket replies land in two places: your in-platform Messages inbox and the email on your account. Use whichever you check first.
Who this applies to
Members with an open ticket.
Step by step
- 1Open Messages from the main menu (or click the chat icon in the header) to see support replies alongside your other conversations.
- 2Or open your email and look for messages from support@castingcalls.uk.
- 3Reply in either place — both land in the same support queue, so no need to open a new ticket.
Helpful notes & tips
- Turning on in-app and email notifications (Settings → Notifications) means you won’t miss a reply whichever way it comes in.
- Star our support email or add us to your safe senders so replies don’t get filed to spam.
Common issues
- Reply in spam: a one-time allowlisting of support@castingcalls.uk fixes this permanently.
- Not seeing the conversation in Messages: it usually appears once support has replied for the first time.
